Advertiser disclosure

EvriLend, a service of Lendicity LLC, works with lenders, lending partners, non-lending debt solutions providers, and marketplaces that compensate us when you are matched with them, when your information is transferred to them, or when you take out a loan or sign up for a service. This compensation allows us to offer our comparison and connection service to you at no cost. It may affect which partners or providers appear, how prominently they appear, and the order in which they are presented. Non-lending debt solutions providers may be shown when you indicate that you have unsecured debt. We do not work with every lender or debt solutions provider in the market, and the offers or services you see do not represent every loan product or debt solution available to you. Compensation never changes the rate, APR, fees, or terms a lender presents to you - those are set solely by the lender.

Not a lender

EvriLend is not a lender and does not make loans, credit decisions, or underwriting decisions. We are not an agent, representative, or broker of any lender or lending partner, and we do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any lender, loan product, offer, rate, fee, term, approval, or outcome. We do not charge people a fee to use our service. See our Terms of Service for full detail.

Requested loan amount

You may be presented with a loan amount from a lender or lending partner that is higher or lower than the amount you requested. Approval, the amount offered, the APR, the term, and any fees are determined solely by the lender based on its own underwriting criteria, your credit profile, income, state of residence, and applicable law.

Credit inquiries

Checking for loan options through EvriLend may involve a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. Where marketing refers to "no credit check", it means no hard credit inquiry is performed by EvriLend. Each lender and lending partner sets its own policy: some perform a credit inquiry before presenting an offer, others after you accept one. If you proceed with a lender, that lender may perform a hard credit inquiry, which can have a small temporary impact on your credit score.

Funding speed

References to receiving funds "as soon as the next business day" or similar describe the fastest outcome some borrowers experience, not a typical or guaranteed outcome. Funding time depends on the lender's approval and disbursement process, when you sign your loan agreement, your bank's posting policies, weekends and holidays, and whether additional verification is required. Many borrowers receive funds later than the next business day, and some receive no offer at all.

Rates, terms, and availability

Personal loans offered through lenders in our network typically range from $500 to $35,000, with annual percentage rates from 5.99% and repayment terms from a minimum of 91 days to a maximum of 84 months. APRs may include origination fees and other charges as permitted by law. Loan availability, amounts, rates, terms, and lender participation vary by state and by partner. Not all lenders operate in all states, and not all people qualify for the highest amounts or lowest rates advertised.

Representative example: a $10,000 loan repaid over 36 months at a 15.99% APR, which includes a 5% origination fee of $500, would have a monthly payment of approximately $351.55, a total of payments of approximately $12,655.80, and a total cost of credit of approximately $2,655.80 including the origination fee. This example is illustrative only.

What happens after you submit

EvriLend does not show a results page listing multiple offers. After you submit your information, one of three things happens: you are forwarded to a lending partner you may be eligible for so you can continue on that partner's own website; if you indicate that you have unsecured debt, you may be introduced to a non-lending debt solutions provider (such as a debt consolidation, credit counseling, or debt settlement service); or we let you know that no partner or provider was available for your request. Submitting a request is not an application for credit or a commitment to use any debt solution, and there is no guarantee that a partner or provider will be available or that any offer, amount, rate, or term will be presented to you. Approval, terms, and funding are decided solely by the lender.

Calls and text messages (SMS)

EvriLend does not place marketing calls or send marketing text messages. The only messages EvriLend sends you are emails - service messages about your request and marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.

When you provide your mobile number and give contact consent on our forms, EvriLend collects that consent on behalf of the lending partners, non-lending debt solutions providers, and their marketing partners we share your request with. Those partners may send you recurring automated marketing and informational calls and text messages about your request and available offers or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any loan offer or debt solution.

Reply STOP to any message to stop messages from that sender, and reply HELP for help. STOP and HELP requests are handled by the partner that sent the message, so opting out with one partner does not opt you out of messages from another - contact each partner directly to stop their calls or texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers may change without notice. To have EvriLend stop sharing your information with additional partners, use our Do Not Sell or Share page or contact us. See also our Privacy Policy.

Implications of late or non-payment

Lenders may charge late fees, returned-payment fees, or additional interest for missed or late payments. Non-payment may result in collection activity, negative credit reporting, and other consequences described in your loan agreement. Review your lender's terms carefully before accepting any loan.

Renewal policy

EvriLend does not renew, refinance, or roll over loans. Any renewal, refinance, or extension policy is set solely by the lender and will be disclosed in the loan agreement you sign with that lender.

Military Lending Act notice

Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents relating to extensions of consumer credit. In general, the cost of consumer credit to a covered member of the Armed Forces and their dependents may not exceed an annual percentage rate of 36 percent. This rate must include, as applicable to the credit transaction or account, the costs associated with credit insurance premiums, fees for ancillary products sold in connection with the credit transaction, any application fee charged (other than certain application fees for specified credit transactions or accounts), and any participation fee charged (other than certain participation fees for a credit card account).
