Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
1. Introduction
EvriLend, a service of Lendicity LLC, operates a lender connection service at evrilend.com (the "Site"). We help U.S. people connect with a network of third-party lending partners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, where it comes from, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1a. Notice at collection
At or before the point we collect your information, this section tells you what we collect and why. We collect the categories of personal information listed in Sections 2 and 3 - including identifiers, contact details, employment and financial information, and sensitive personal information such as your Social Security Number, driver's license number, and bank account details. We collect it to match you with lending partners, verify your identity, obtain a soft credit check, operate and secure the Site, and communicate with you, as described in Section 5. We retain it as described in Section 11. We do not sell your personal information for money; sharing with lending partners may qualify as "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws, and you can opt out at /do-not-sell.
2. Information you give us
When you request loan matches, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Site, we collect the information you provide. Depending on what you do, that can include:
- Loan request details: the amount you want to borrow, the purpose of the loan, and your preferred term.
- Contact information: first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, and length of time at your address.
- Employment information: employment status, employer name and phone, job title, length of time at your job, and next pay date.
- Financial information: estimated credit score range, annual income, pay frequency, whether you receive direct deposit, housing situation and monthly housing payment, vehicle ownership, bank account type and how long you've held it, and bank routing and account numbers.
- Identity information: date of birth, Social Security Number, and driver's license number and state, which are used to verify your identity and obtain a soft credit check.
- Communications: information you submit through our contact form, Do Not Sell My Personal Information request, or unsubscribe request, including any details you choose to include.
3. Information collected automatically, and cookies
When you visit the Site we automatically collect limited technical information needed to run and improve it:
- IP address, browser user agent, device and operating-system information.
- A per-tab session identifier so we can stitch together your progress through the loan-request flow.
- Form telemetry: which step you're on, when you advance or go back, validation errors, abandonment, and completion events. This helps us debug and improve the experience.
- Session recordings and heatmaps so we can understand how visitors interact with the Site and improve usability. Sensitive form fields are masked during recording.
- Advertising, analytics, and conversion measurement data. We use Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag.js) to measure how visitors reach and use the Site, improve our marketing, and record when a loan request is completed. These services may set Google cookies or identifiers in your browser and send Google limited event data such as the page you visited, your referrer, device and browser information, approximate location, and whether you completed a form step or submission. We do not send sensitive form data such as your Social Security Number, bank account numbers, or driver's license number to Google.
- A small functional cookie (
sidebar_state) that remembers UI preferences.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use three kinds of cookies and similar storage. Strictly necessary cookies and local storage make the Site work - they keep your place in the loan-request flow, protect against fraud and abuse, and remember interface preferences; these cannot be switched off. Analytics and performance technologies (including Google Analytics 4, session recording, and heatmaps) help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. Advertising and measurement technologies (including Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking) let us measure and improve our marketing campaigns. Analytics and advertising technologies are non-essential: you can accept or reject them, and change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site working. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where required by law.
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking supplied by Google LLC. Depending on your jurisdiction, the use of advertising and measurement technologies may be treated as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out using the Cookie preferences link in our footer, our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, a GPC signal, Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not run social-media pixels on the Site.
Session replay (Microsoft Clarity). We use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, to record anonymized session replays and heatmaps of how visitors move through the Site - pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and where people stop in the loan-request flow. Clarity is configured to mask the values you type into sensitive fields, including your name, contact details, date of birth, Social Security number, driver's license number, and bank account and routing numbers, so those values are not captured in a replay. We use this only to find usability problems and improve the Site. Microsoft may use the data it collects in accordance with its own privacy statement, available at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Session replay is a non-essential analytics technology: you can reject it using the Cookie preferences link in our footer.
4. Information from third parties
To match you with offers, we receive information from:
- Credit bureaus, who return your credit file based on the identity information you submit. This soft check does not affect your credit score.
- Lending partners, who return the loan offers (APR, term, monthly payment, fees, apply link) shown on your results page.
- Public bank-routing directories, used to look up your bank's name from the routing number you enter.
5. How we use your information
- Match you with lending partners.
- Perform a soft credit pull to confirm eligibility, without impacting your credit score.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site, including fraud prevention and rate limiting.
- Send you transactional emails (such as your matched offers) and, with your consent, marketing communications.
- Send you reminder emails if you start a loan request and do not finish it, so you can return to your saved answers using a secure, expiring link. These reminders stop as soon as you finish, unsubscribe, or after 7 days. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any reminder email.
- Respond to your support, privacy, and opt-out requests.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.
6. Who we share it with
- Lending partners in our marketplace, so they can present offers. See our partners page for the current list. The list also includes non-lending debt solutions providers, such as debt consolidation, credit counseling, or debt settlement services, which you may be matched with when you indicate that you have unsecured debt.
- Service providers that host the Site, store our database, send email, and provide similar back-office functions. These vendors are contractually limited to using your information to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety disclosures when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EvriLend, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: if EvriLend is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing your information with lending partners or non-lending debt solutions providers so they can present you with offers or services may qualify as "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws. You can opt out at any time via our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page.
7. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or via our unsubscribe page. We may still send transactional messages related to your request.
- Calls and text messages: EvriLend does not place marketing calls or send marketing text messages. Calls and texts come from the lending partners and their marketing partners you consented to be contacted by. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages from that sender, or HELP for help, and ask a partner directly to stop calling you. To have EvriLend stop sharing your information with further partners, use /do-not-sell. See our Disclosures.
- Opt out of sale/sharing: submit a request at /do-not-sell.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information: California residents may direct us to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information - such as your Social Security Number, driver's license number, and financial account details - to those uses necessary to provide the service you requested. Submit that request at /do-not-sell. Note that we use this information to verify your identity and obtain a soft credit check, which is necessary to match you with lenders; limiting it may mean we cannot provide matches.
- Access, correction, and deletion: residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comparable privacy laws may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at /do-not-sell, where you can choose the type of request from the drop-down - that page is the single place to submit any privacy request. You may also contact us. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
- Authorized agents: you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
- Appeals: if we deny your privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
8. Communications and consent
From EvriLend: when you submit a loan request, you consent to receive email from EvriLend - service messages about your request and marketing email. EvriLend does not place phone calls or send text messages to you.
From lending partners: the telephone, autodialed and prerecorded call, and text message consent you give on our forms is collected by EvriLend on behalf of the lending partners and their marketing partners we share your request with. Those partners - not EvriLend - are the parties that may call or text you at the number you provided, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any loan offer.
See our Electronic Consent for more detail. You can unsubscribe from EvriLend email at any time, and you can ask us to stop sharing your information with additional partners using /do-not-sell. Doing so does not withdraw consent already passed to a partner you have been connected with - contact that partner directly to stop their calls or texts.
9. Children
EvriLend is intended only for U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest in our cloud database. We minimize sensitive data we store - for example, we keep only the last four digits of your Social Security Number and mask your driver's license number after submission. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate the Site. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Data retention
We retain loan-request data, telemetry, and communications for as long as needed to operate the Site, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. When you ask us to delete your information, we will do so subject to any legal holds or retention requirements that apply.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email when we have your address on file.
